In accordance with French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (No. 2016/679), Archives Généalogiques ANDRIVEAU informs you that it processes personal data contained in sources that may or may not be accessible to the public (civil status records, population censuses, electoral lists, conscription lists, etc.) for the needs and time strictly necessary for its genealogical research activities, by the services dedicated to research as part of the performance of their work.

It may only be transmitted to third parties, sometimes abroad, closely linked to the exercise of this mission of Archives Généalogiques ANDRIVEAU (life insurance institutions, banks, notaries, etc.) and is never transferred for commercial or marketing reasons.

5.1. Statistical data

To access certain features of the site, you may be asked for information, such as your email address, contact details, etc. This personal information collected online is intended for use by the Publisher only and for non-commercial purposes. It is kept for a period of 12 months. We reserve the right to disclose personal information if required by law or if action is necessary to handle complaints. This information primarily makes it possible to process any request and is used to establish the user profile, to personalise our website and to adapt it to your particular interests.
